The church is at it's best when each member is loving Jesus and looking for ways to serve and lift up the arms of the rest of the body! In order to fully step in to God's purposes for us as a church, we need each and every part of the body. We believe from what we see in 1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, and Ephesians 4 that God is intentional to provide a variety of different gifts in order for His body to walk in His purposes. We also believe that having a place to both receive and pour out helps us have a healthy walk with God as we serve the way He served.
Below are a few (but not all) areas that we have space for additional team members. If you have capacity, we encourage you to try out a few areas to discern how you can best serve the church in your current season. Worship Team: Play a role in helping lead worship in different gatherings such as Lifegroup, Jesus Hour, or Sunday mornings! To discuss options, email michael@antiochlr.com.
A/V Team: Serve our church by managing our audio and visual processes during our in-person and streamed events. You'll help our team with responsibilities such as sound, streaming equipment, lighting, and camera work. To discuss options, email michael@antiochlr.com.
Hospitality Team: Help make people feel welcomed and at home at our church! Everything from creating a clean, warm environment to greeting, serving coffee, and making sure guests are taken care of. This team helps us love and host people well. To discuss options, email mary@antiochlr.com.
Kids Ministry: We LOVE the Kid's of our church, and we need a team of fun, loving people to serve them well! Serving in the Kid's Ministry roles can range from helping plan lessons, leading kid's classes, to caring for new-born infants. To discuss options, email elliyanah@antiochlr.com.
Early Morning Prayer: EMP provides much of the fuel and faith we need as a church! Our team seeks Jesus to find what is on His heart and then helps facilitate engaging, envisioning prayer times that change the world! To discuss options, email michael@antiochlr.com.
